Suction won’t hold on the dash. Clip won’t hold on the vent. Flimsy. Poorly engineered. Get something else.

This mount was not a sturdy as I expected it to be based on the desciription. It is a bit bigger then I would have liked but it does have a nice big sturdy suction cup with releasing handle. I thought the pivots were a little loose. This unit is adjustable but each adjustable joint has play in it so it does not give you a solid feel but more then adequate to support your iphone which is what I bought this item for.
Bottom Line – Not as sturdy as described and bit bulky for a iphone but based on the price I would recommend this item. I have not found anything better yet to hold my iphone in the car.

The part the stick on the window does not hold at all, I had to by glue to hold it on.

This mount has worked great with my iPhone 4. Suction mount works great on my windshield. Arm rotates and spins many different ways. Sides slide out at push of a button. Holds phone securely. I think I’m going to buy a second one to have as a spare.

I know, it does sound kinda weird, but if you’re looking for a cheap, aka affordable & inexpensive (but extremely practical!) ipod stand – here it is! Use your imagination, think outside the box! It’s (originally) designed as an universal car mount holder, I realize that. But, if you flip it over – you got yourself a perfect(!) Ipod stand. It swivels, quite adjustable to any viewing angle (totally versatile too!) on your desk. It may be not very suitable inside your vehicle (in according to all those negative reviews), but it’s definitely, the most simple solution for an universal iPod stand! I’m watching a lot of TV on my iPod Touch, and that holder can NOT be more useful than it is, period! Check it out, how much money people may spend on such junk like iZel, Elago, Tiko, PED3, etc. for just a stupid iPod stand, which is basically, a piece of aluminum or plastic? If you’re all about the looks, knock yourself out – waste your loot!!!
